We are looking for a
dynamic HR Recruiter with experience in a
recruitment consultancy/agency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to
end-to-end recruitment, majorly in
non-IT hiring along with some IT roles, and strong
client handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to closure)
- Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Conduct screening and initial interviews
- Coordinate with clients for requirements and interview scheduling
- Handle offer negotiations and follow-ups
- Maintain candidate pipeline and MIS reports
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment consultancy/agency is mandatory
- Exposure to non-IT + IT hiring
- Strong sourcing and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
