Job Description

  • Non IT recruitment
  • Various recruitment related activities including:
  • find suitable recruits by visiting transporters, project sites etc.
  • collect and screen CVs, conduct preliminary interviews,
  • shortlist candidates,
  • collect company application form and other supporting documents,
  • identify discrepancies in career, educational and other records,
  • verify documents for correctness and consistency
  • arrange interviews,
  • co-ordinate accommodation and travel for candidates for interviews and training,
  • arrange and conduct induction and technical training,
  • analyze salary patterns
  • prepare salary breakups for negotiation,
  • other onboarding activities
  • Effectively use Applicant Tracking System or processes as prescribed
  • Add relevant information to SharePoint and the company's ERP system

Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment
  • Willing to handle non-IT recruitment including white and blue collar workers
  • Ready to do extensive field work to source candidates
  • Experience in working with SharePoint and any Applicant Tracking System (e.g. Zoho Recruit) will be a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure
