Job Details
- Position: HR Recruiter & Payroll Executive
- Location: Noida Sector 63
- Shift: Night Shift
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Week Off: Saturday & Sunday (Fixed)
- Salary: 16,000 22,000 (In-hand)
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordination)
- Handling employee payroll and related documentation
- Maintaining HR records and reports
- Coordinating with internal teams for hiring requirements
- Ensuring data accuracy using Excel
Eligibility & Skills
- Freshers are welcome
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Basic to good Excel skills
- Prior experience in recruitment or payroll is an added advantage
- Willingness to work in night shifts
