We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a keen interest in talent acquisition and hiring. Candidates with internship experience or up to 1 year of experience in IT recruitment are welcome to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
- Screen and shortlist profiles based on company requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.
- Understand and work in HR operations activities and in employee engagement.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate status regularly.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience during the hiring process.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers with a minimum of 3 months internship experience in recruitment or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Basic understanding of IT technologies and recruitment process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good team player with strong coordination skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Immediate joiners will be an added advantage.
