Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with 2 years of experience in US Recruitment to join our Talent Acquisition team. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, vendor coordination, client handling, interview scheduling, and recruitment operations primarily for US healthcare requirements.
The ideal candidate should have experience working with US job portals, VMS platforms, US tax terms, visa types, and US geography, along with the ability to source and place candidates for contract, full-time, per-diem, and PRN positions.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Screening
- Source and attract candidates using various US job portals such as LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Monster, ZipRecruiter, and Health Jobs Nationwide.
- Identify and recruit candidates for US healthcare positions, including RN, LPN, CNA, and Allied Healthcare roles.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and availability.
- Evaluate candidate profiles based on job requirements, visa status, tax terms, and location preferences.
VMS & Client Requirement Handling
- Work on requirements received through VMS platforms such as Bounty, Scout, AYA, and HealthTrust.
- Review job descriptions, understand client expectations, and deliver suitable candidate profiles within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
- Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders regarding candidate submissions and interview updates.
Candidate Management
- Maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS or internal recruitment systems.
- Manage candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements.
Calling & Communication
- Conduct telephonic and video screening interviews with candidates based in the US.
- Discuss compensation, work authorization, tax terms (W2, 1099), and job details with candidates.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, interview preparation, and onboarding coordination.
Recruitment Operations
- Work on different hiring models, including Full-time, Contract, Per-Diem, and PRN roles.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports for management.
- Track submissions, interviews, and placements through recruitment dashboards.
- Assist with offer release, onboarding coordination, and documentation processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in US IT or Healthcare recruitment.
- Hands-on experience working with US job portals such as LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Monster, ZipRecruiter, and Health Jobs Nationwide.
- Experience working with VMS platforms such as Bounty, Scout, AYA, and HealthTrust.
- Experience recruiting for Healthcare positions such as RN, LPN, CNA, and Allied Healthcare roles.
- Strong understanding of US Tax Terms (W2, 1099).
- Familiarity with US Visa statuses such as Green Card and US Citizen (USC).
- Knowledge of US Geography and different US time zones (MST, PST, CST, EST).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), ATS, and recruitment tools.
