Job Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles (corporate, healthcare, tech, interns)
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and offers
- Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities
- Assist with employer branding and hiring drives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in recruitment or HR hiring
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Office and ATS / job portals
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or related field preferred
