Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Recruiter (Manager) based in Hyderabad. The HR Recruiter (Manager) will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding prospective candidates. The role also involves collaborating with department heads to understand staffing needs, implementing effective recruitment strategies, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Additionally, the HR Recruiter (Manager) will maintain records, provide guidance on HR policies, and support talent acquisition efforts to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in creating and implementing HR policies and strategies
• Ability to collaborate with teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
• Experience in educational institutions or the education sector is an advantage
