Duties / Responsibilities:

Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and other sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates.

Proactively build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for current and future job opportunities.

Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with job requirements.

Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate suitability, motivation, and cultural fit.

Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement effective assessment strategies.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Communicate effectively to keep candidates informed about their status and provide feedback when necessary.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Location - Malad

Monday - Friday Working

Saturday's Half Day
