Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and self-driven
HR Recruiter to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have at least
1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end hiring processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate data, follow up regularly, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Manage high-volume hiring when required.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT).
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of job portals and recruitment tools.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
