Levenus Promaxx Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its team! We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven HR Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience who can support and strengthen our hiring process.

Job Responsibilities:

* Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and references

* Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

* Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

* Conduct initial HR rounds and candidate follow-ups

* Maintain recruitment trackers and HR documentation

* Assist in onboarding and joining formalities

* Ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment

* Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and screening methods

* Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong coordination and organizational abilities

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualification:

Graduate in HR, Management, or related field preferred

Salary: 15,000 18,000 per month

Immediate joiners preferred
