Job Description
Responsibilities:
-Handling recruitment for IT-Non IT positions, understanding the client's requirement for the opening.
-Short-listing profiles from various job sites (LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc) based on the requirements in specific skills and matching it to the candidate's skillsets and experience.
-Posting the jobs on different portals.
-Effectively using Personal Network Built-up Database, Internet, and Employee Referrals for prospective hiring.
-Interacting with Hiring Managers to understand their requirements.
-Measuring time-to-fill and source-of-hire for each open role
-Conducting benchmark analyses on compensation and benefits plans for different roles as well as seniority levels
-Using Boolean search for finding qualified candidates so as to fill important roles
Requirements:
- Candidate should have a minimum of 3 months of experience or should have done an Internship in the recruitment profile.
- Well-versed with the Job portals.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft office will be a plus.
