Job Description

Role Overview

The HR Recruiter will assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, coordination, and maintaining recruitment trackers. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the HR field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Apna, and internal databases
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary HR rounds
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and weekly updates
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings across job portals
  • Follow up with candidates for documentation, joining formalities, and status updates
  • Support hiring across functions (Sales, Ops, Marketing, E-com, Retail, etc.)
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure TAT adherence
  • Assist in onboarding activities when required
  • Provide timely updates to the HR Manager on recruitment progress

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 01 year of recruiting experience (freshers with good communication are welcome)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and job portals
  • Good coordination and follow-up abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is a plus
