Role Overview
The HR Recruiter will assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, coordination, and maintaining recruitment trackers. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the HR field.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Apna, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary HR rounds
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and weekly updates
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings across job portals
- Follow up with candidates for documentation, joining formalities, and status updates
- Support hiring across functions (Sales, Ops, Marketing, E-com, Retail, etc.)
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure TAT adherence
- Assist in onboarding activities when required
- Provide timely updates to the HR Manager on recruitment progress
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 01 year of recruiting experience (freshers with good communication are welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and job portals
- Good coordination and follow-up abilities
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is a plus
