This role is about finding people, not pushing CVs.

You will own hiring end to end. From identifying talent and having first conversations, to coordinating interviews and closing offers with clarity.

You are comfortable using AI tools for sourcing, screening, tracking, and follow-ups, and you use them naturally as part of your daily work.

You know how to speak to candidates about roles, expectations, and compensation without over-selling or under-explaining.

Experience: 23 years in recruitment.
