Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for timely hiring. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates within tight deadlines
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions simultaneously and prioritize tasks to maintain an organized hiring pipeline
• Handle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of Recruitment Experience
• Understanding of both Tech and Non-Tech Recruitment Processes
