Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.

  • Understand job requirements from department heads and prepare job postings.

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.

  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.

  • Conduct initial HR screening interviews and coordinate further rounds.


Interview Coordination

  • Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Ensure proper communication with candidates regarding interview details and follow-ups.

  • Maintain interview feedback and update recruitment status regularly.


Offer & Joining

  • Prepare offer letters and negotiate salary packages as per company norms.

  • Ensure joining formalities and coordinate with HR operations for onboarding.

  • Follow up with candidates until successful joining.


Database & Reporting

  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

  • Generate weekly/monthly recruitment reports.

  • Ensure proper documentation of recruitment records.


Employer Branding & Engagement

  • Promote company hiring requirements through social media and professional platforms.

  • Assist in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and walk-in interviews.


Compliance & Process Improvement

  • Ensure recruitment processes follow company policies and labor compliance requirements.

  • Suggest improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
