Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and hiring the right talent to support our clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements.
Build strong candidate pipelines through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and ATS systems.
Requirements:
15 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or services sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using job portals (e.g. Naukri, LinkedIn), Excel, and applicant tracking systems.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive mindset with attention to detail.
