Kenn IT Business Solutions is a leading technology consulting and services organization, providing end-to-end IT and business solutions to clients across industries. We are expanding our recruitment team and looking for a motivated HR Recruiter specializing who can support and drive our talent acquisition process in IT recruitment to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in sourcing and hiring IT professionals; Contract, and Contract-to-Hire models and the recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end hiring cycles for Full-Time, C2H, and Contract roles across tech domains.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles through various channels including job portals.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit within the organization.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide insights on market trends.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment metrics for reporting purposes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and the IT industry.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
