HR Recruiter (IT & Non IT)

Description

We are seeking an HR Recruiter with experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment to join our dynamic team in Kompally, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, ensuring we attract top talent.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for IT and Non-IT roles.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide support throughout the hiring process.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment databases.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract talent.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT and Non-IT sectors.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Familiarity with job boards and social media recruiting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Location: Kompally, Hyderabad.

• Working days: Monday - Friday (5 days Working)
• Saturday & Sunday Week Off
• Salary - Negotiable
