We are looking for a motivated and enthusiasticHR Recruiter Internto support our recruitment team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring processes, talent sourcing, and HR operations while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Stipend pay - Rs 5,000 per month
- Duration - 3 months
- Work Mode - Full time
- Working Days - 5 (Weekends are off)
- Certificate will be provided after completing the internship.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Post job openings on various hiring platforms
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback
- Support onboarding and documentation processes
- Assist with HR-related administrative tasks as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Interest in HR recruitment and talent acquisition
- Prior internship or coursework in HR (optional)
