HR Recruiter intern

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhopal for an HR Recruiter Intern. The responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for prospective candidates. The intern will assist in maintaining candidate databases, coordinating with team leads for hiring needs, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. Additional responsibilities include supporting job posting processes on various platforms, evaluating applicants, and participating in employer branding initiatives.

• Proficiency in sourcing and recruitment strategies, including job posting and candidate screening
• Strong administrative and organizational skills for maintaining databases and coordinating schedules
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for candidate and team coordination
• Familiarity with employer branding, recruitment platforms, and basic HR processes
• Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a proactive approach
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (pursuing or completed)
• Exposure to sourcing tools, ATS platforms, or HR management software is a plus
