Job Title: HR Recruiter Intern
Location: Permanent Work From Home (WFH)
Stipend: 5,000 per month + Incentives (3 months Internship)
Duration: 3 Months Internship (with opportunity to convert into full-time role)
Timings: 10:00 AM 7:30 PM | Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow up with clients.
- Maintain candidate database and trackers.
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding).
- Support in daily HR/recruitment operations.
Requirements
- Good communication skills (written & verbal).
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Interest in HR & recruitment as a career.
- Fresher/Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA HR preferred, but not mandatory).
