We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment through job portals for multiple roles across departments. The role requires independent handling of sourcing, screening, coordination, and closures, with a strong focus on timelines, quality hiring, and pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates for various roles across departments using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and other relevant platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on defined role requirements.
- Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability, availability, and compensation expectations.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, portal data, and hiring status reports.
- Identify and select the most suitable job portal(s) based on role requirements to ensure effective and timely candidate sourcing.
- Ensure regular follow-ups with candidates to minimize drop-outs and interview no-shows.
- Support offer rollout, acceptance confirmation, and pre-joining coordination.
- Work towards meeting assigned hiring timelines and closure targets.
