Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources (HR) Officer(Male to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of HR operations, from recruitment and employee relations to compliance and performance management.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, onboarding, and documentation.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures in line with Office policies.

Coordinate employee performance reviews and assist in KPI development.

Identify training needs and organize professional development programs for staff.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.

Support payroll processing and maintain employee attendance and leave records.

Organize staff engagement and welfare activities to promote a positive work culture.

Prepare HR reports and assist with audits and compliance reviews.

Requirements

Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree or HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, etc.) is an advantage.

Experience: Minimum of 25 years of HR experience.

Skills

Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good problem-solving, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems (HRMS).

High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
