Role Responsibilities
- Managing end to end recruitment cycle
- Partnering with the Business Managers to understand the manpower requirements
- Responsible for sourcing shortlisting the suitable candidates as per job requirement
- Coordinating scheduling the interviews
- Managing the recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Good communication interpersonal skills
- 6 months of experience in HR
- Knowledge on MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint
