Role Responsibilities

  • Managing end to end recruitment cycle
  • Partnering with the Business Managers to understand the manpower requirements
  • Responsible for sourcing shortlisting the suitable candidates as per job requirement
  • Coordinating scheduling the interviews
  • Managing the recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Good communication interpersonal skills
  • 6 months of experience in HR
  • Knowledge on MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint
