HireDesigners is India's largest design recruitment agency, built exclusively for the design ecosystem. We work across 40 plus design disciplines and help leading brands, startups, studios, architects, fashion labels, product companies, D2C brands, and global businesses hire the right design talent.

As an HR Recruiter, you will work closely with our recruitment team to source candidates, speak to designers, understand job requirements, coordinate interviews, maintain candidate data, follow up with clients and candidates, and support the complete hiring process from first call to final selection.You will deal with serious clients, not random hiring requests. Our clients include design studios, architecture firms, fashion brands, branding agencies, UI UX companies, product companies, luxury brands, and growing startups. This gives you strong exposure to how real hiring works across creative and business teams.

We are looking for someone who is sharp, responsible, good with communication, comfortable speaking to people, and willing to learn recruitment properly. You do not need prior recruitment experience, but you must have ownership, discipline, basic common sense, and the ability to follow process.

Your role will include calling candidates, shortlisting profiles, updating trackers, coordinating interviews, following up for feedback, understanding client requirements, and supporting the team in closing positions faster and better.

Eligibility

• Strong English Communication skills required.
• Bachelor's/ Master's 2026 candidates preferred, from any subject.
• Must be organised, sincere, and process driven.
• Must be willing to work from office.
