We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruitment Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers/entry-level candidates who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in the recruitment process and HR functions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and applications.
- Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates to assess qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.
- Support the HR team in various administrative tasks related to recruitment.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
