We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruitment Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers/entry-level candidates who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in the recruitment process and HR functions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and applications.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates to assess qualifications.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Support the HR team in various administrative tasks related to recruitment.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
