The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires a proactive approach to finding and engaging top talent to meet the needs of our growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and employee referrals
• Conduct interviews.
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processt

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-7 years of experience in recruitment or HR
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously
