We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires a proactive approach to finding and engaging top talent to meet the needs of our growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and employee referrals
- Conduct interviews.
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processt
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-7 years of experience in recruitment or HR
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously
