About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in building a career in recruitment and HR.

Key Responsibilities

* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.

* Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

* Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.

* Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.

* Maintain and regularly update candidate databases.

* Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

* Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of positions.

* Maintain proper recruitment documentation and MIS reports.

* Develop and maintain a strong candidate network.

Required Skills

* Good verbal and written communication skills.

* Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.

* Good interpersonal and convincing skills.

* Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

* Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
