HR Recruiter – Non-IT | Chennai / Bengaluru / Hyderabad

Job Description

We are looking for HR Recruiters to join our recruitment team and handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across multiple client requirements.

The role is suitable for candidates who have good communication skills, enjoy interacting with candidates, and are interested in building a career in recruitment and staffing.

Regional language proficiency is mandatory based on the selected location

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT client requirements
• Source candidates through Naukri, Foundit, Apna, LinkedIn, social media, references and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls
• Shortlist candidates based on client requirements
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Coordinate offer and joining formalities
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Work on multiple requirements simultaneously
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for timely closure of positions
• Support day-to-day recruitment and HR activities

Requirements

• Graduate or Postgraduate
• 0–1 years of recruitment/HR experience
• Freshers with relevant HR/recruitment internship experience may also be considered
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on knowledge of candidate sourcing and screening
• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Foundit, Apna, LinkedIn, etc.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment

• Non-IT recruitment experience
• Staffing/consultancy recruitment experience
• Bulk hiring experience
• Experience using job portals
• Good candidate calling and follow-up skills
• Strong interest in building a career in recruitment

Working Days & Hours

Monday to Saturday

9:15 AM – 6:30 PM
