We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are passionate about building a career in human resources and recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
• Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements of each role and develop job descriptions.
• Manage the recruitment process from screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and industry contacts.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media recruiting techniques.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.
