We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top talent for various positions within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in the development of job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously.

• Salaries Negotiable
• Working Days: 6 days
• Shift: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
• Work from office
