Job Description

Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, screen, and hire qualified candidates. This role works closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth, efficient hiring process while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements

Create and post job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms

Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and online platforms

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Conduct reference and background checks

Maintain candidate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms

Support onboarding and new hire orientation

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Proven experience as a recruiter or similar HR role

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases

Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Ability to handle confidential information professionally
