We are looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter (Fresher) to join our team in JP Nagar, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the hiring of qualified candidates for various positions.

Key Responsibilities:

Understanding the requirements from hiring managers.

Posting job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.

Screening resumes and shortlisting suitable candidates.

Conducting initial interviews and coordinating technical interviews.

Maintaining and updating recruitment databases.

Assisting in onboarding and new employee orientation.

Coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Eagerness to learn and develop in HR recruitment.

Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
