• Managing onboarding process
• Creating HR policies and SOPs
• Handling employee documentation and compliance
• Supporting performance management processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HR or talent acquisition
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Experience with remote teams is a plus
