We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the organization. You will play a crucial role in building a strong workforce by identifying and hiring the right talent.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and perform initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidates.
• Maintain candidate database and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Strong understanding of job descriptions and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with HR databases and online sourcing techniques.
