Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team at Fortune Shapers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding high-quality candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing: Proactively identify potential candidates using foundit (formerly Monster), LinkedIn, and other professional networks.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring process, including job posting, resume screening, and initial telephonic interviews.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical/functional requirements and provide regular updates on the hiring pipeline.
- Interview Management: Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal candidate databases.
- Offer & Onboarding: Assist in salary negotiations, document verification, and facilitating a smooth onboarding process for new joins.
