Role Overview
We are seeking HR Recruiter with 0-2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, specifically in candidate screening and conducting initial conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals and other channels
- Screen resumes against role requirements
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess suitability
- Coordinate interview scheduling with internal stakeholders
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- Degree in MBA, Psychology, or relevant field
- Prior experience in recruitment with strong screening and initial interaction skills
- Experience managing candidate databases and trackers in Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Willingness and ability to commute to the workplace regularly
Preferred
- 0-2 years of experience
- Basic knowledge and/or prior experience working with finance industry
- Experience handling multiple open positions simultaneously
- Familiarity with ATS or recruitment platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn)
