Position Purpose / Brief
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across business functions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and efficient hiring process. This role will support workforce planning, drive sourcing strategies, and maintain data integrity across hiring systems.

Position Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience:
- 23 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
- Exposure to both technical and non-technical hiring will be an advantage.
Skills / Competencies Required
- Strong understanding of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
- Strong judgment and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Excel for hiring data management.
Key Responsibilities
1 Talent Sourcing & Screening
- Execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates for multiple functions.
- Pre-screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
2 Stakeholder Engagement
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, build JDs, and define timelines.
- Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and ensure timely closure of positions.
3 Candidate Experience & Closure
- Manage communications and ensure a smooth experience for candidates through all stages.
- Roll out offers and manage post-offer engagement till joining.
4 MIS, Analytics & Process Compliance
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS.
- Ensure compliance with hiring SOPs, documentation, and background verification.
5 Employer Branding & Campus Connect (as needed)
- Support employer branding initiatives through social media and content.
- Assist in executing campus hiring drives and internship programs.
