Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong understanding of sourcing and evaluating candidates for various positions within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles within the organization.
- Sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conducting initial telephonic or video interviews to assess candidates suitability.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Managing the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and progress.
- Preparing and sending offer letters and onboarding documents to selected candidates.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of various recruitment methods and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in SAP Hiring, have worked on contract hiring
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
