Role Overview
We are hiring a street-smart Sales Recruiter who knows exactly where sales candidates come from and can close positions fast. This role is for someone who builds pipelines through networks, referrals, cold sourcing, LinkedIn, field mapping, and hustle not someone dependent on paid job portals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end sales hiring (Inside sales, B2C sales, domestic calling, cold calling etc.)
- Build and execute creative sourcing strategies beyond paid job portals
- Leverage strong personal networks, referrals, cold sourcing, social media, and market mapping
- Identify where sales talent exists and proactively tap into those pools
- Close positions quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality
- Maintain a healthy sales candidate pipeline at all times
- Track hiring metrics like TAT, closures, and offer-to-join ratio
Must-Have Skills
- 1-2 year of hands-on sales hiring experience
- Proven ability to close sales roles fast
- Strong understanding of sales profiles & hiring challenges
- Zero or low dependency on paid job portals
- Excellent networking and candidate engagement skills
- High ownership, urgency, and execution mindset
- Startup / high-volume hiring exposure
