Salary Up-to - Min 15K to Max 25k + Incentives

* Key Responsibilities:*

Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and references

Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist suitable candidates

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records

Understand client hiring requirements and share relevant profiles

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process

* Requirements:*

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Minimum 1 yr of BPO recruitment exp along with hands on experience on Job portals / Freshers are welcome

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
