Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates via portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), databases, and networks for blue-collar roles like service engineers, field sales (industrial/construction/aftermarket), and office positions from junior to senior levels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and submit shortlisted profiles to managers with strong follow-ups for feedback and reverts.
- Travel across Gujarat (Baroda, Ankleshwar, Surat, Vapi), Rajasthan (Udaipur), and MP (Indore) to visit branches, understand requirements, and close hires efficiently.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: postings, tracking, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and operations teams to meet urgent hiring needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven track record in high-volume blue-collar/non-IT recruitment (ITI/Diploma/B.Tech in mechanical/automobile fields a plus).
- Education must be in HR domain.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and follow-up skills; proficiency in Excel for tracking.
- Excellent communication for candidate/manager interactions; Hindi/Gujarati fluency preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively and thrive in fast-paced industrial environment.
