Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Talent Sourcing: Use job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, Dice) and social media to find qualified IT candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes for technical relevance and conduct initial phone screenings to assess basic skills and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing calendars and providing timely updates.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update ATS with details and update the status.
  • Job advertising: Job posting to attract candidates through various sources.
  • Onboarding support and coordination: End-to-end coordination from scratch till onboarding the candidate.
