Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to final selection, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including interview scheduling and feedback collection
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data accuracy
• Conduct reference checks and background verification for potential candidates
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs and recruitment events

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India
