Job Description

Job Title: HR Recruiter

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting talented individuals who align with our company culture and values. The HR Recruiter will play a crucial role in ensuring that we maintain a high-caliber workforce to support our clients needs and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, networking, and other avenues.
  • Review resumes and applications to determine candidate suitability for open positions.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and manage communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
  • Negotiate salary and compensation packages with candidates, ensuring alignment with company policies and budgetary constraints.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role, preferably in the CA or Accounting firm
  • Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Experience in non-IT hiring processes, including screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Confident and presentable with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Proactive approach to recruitment, with the ability to close positions swiftly and efficiently.
  • Familiarity with job portals and other recruitment platforms to source and attract top talent.
  • Ability to follow recruitment processes and adhere to turnaround time (TAT) expectations.
  • Experience with recruiting for specialized roles in finance, accounting, or consulting.

Working Conditions

  • Work from the office
  • 6-day workweek with Saturdays off on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month
