HR Recruiter Bulk Hiring

We are seeking an energetic and target-oriented HR Recruiter specializing in bulk hiring to join our team in Thane, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing end-to-end recruitment activities, particularly in high-volume environments. This role is crucial for ensuring that we meet our recruitment targets across multiple locations and centers within the healthcare, pharma, and recruitment industries. Key Responsibilities: - Handle bulk recruitment for various locations and centers, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates. - Source candidates through various platforms including Naukri, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, job portals, and social media. - Manage high-volume calling, screening, and shortlisting of candidates to maintain an efficient recruitment process. - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and respective teams to facilitate timely hiring decisions. - Follow up with selected candidates regarding offer release and joining processes. - Maintain daily recruitment trackers and hiring MIS to monitor progress and outcomes. - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets to support organizational goals. - Ensure timely closure of open positions while building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline. Requirements: - Graduate in any stream. - A minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 12 years of experience in HR recruitment, with a strong preference for candidates with prior experience in bulk hiring or volume recruitment. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Strong follow-up and coordination skills, with a target-oriented mindset. - Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
