HR Recruiter Bulk Hiring

We are seeking an energetic and target-oriented HR Recruiter specializing in bulk hiring to join our team in Thane, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing end-to-end recruitment activities, particularly in high-volume environments. Key Responsibilities: - Handle bulk recruitment for various positions across multiple locations. - Source candidates through various job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, and leverage social media platforms. - Manage high-volume calling, screening, and shortlisting of candidates to ensure a robust candidate pipeline. - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and respective teams to facilitate the selection process. - Follow up with selected candidates regarding offer release and joining procedures. - Maintain daily recruitment trackers and hiring MIS to monitor progress and outcomes. - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets to ensure timely closure of open positions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams to enhance the recruitment process. Requirements: - A graduate in any stream. - A minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 12 years of experience in HR recruitment, with a strong preference for candidates who have prior experience in bulk hiring or volume recruitment. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Strong follow-up and coordination abilities. - A target-oriented mindset with the capability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
