Job Description / Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates
• Support basic HR operations and documentation as required

Qualification

• MBA in Human Resources (HR) Mandatory
