Job Description

Responsibilities: -

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for banking positions (e.g., investment banking, retail banking, commercial Banking, risk management).
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, understanding their recruitment needs.
  • Create job postings, advertisements, and social media content to attract candidates.
  • Utilize ATS, job boards, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), and employee referrals.
  • Conduct phone and video interviews, assessing candidate skills and cultural fit.
  • Manage candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and updates.
  • Negotiate offers, extensions, and closures.
  • Meet recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source-to-hire, etc.).
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market intelligence.

Desired Skills: -

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in international banking or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of banking functions, roles, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in ATS, job boards, and recruitment technology.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple openings.
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing strategies.
