Position: Recruiter

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Internal & External Hiring
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicant's abilities.
• Internal Recruitment and External Recruitment, both to be performed.
• Joining & ExitFormalities
• Coordinating betweenBD and HR Team
• Posting requireaddson various portals
• Data distribution to the team
• Trainingand induction for thenew joining's
• Creating different training modules according to the positions.
• Explaining a detailed job description.
• Candidate screening.
• Explain all the details about the BCM Group complete process.
• The Job involves calling the candidates and providing them complete information about the vacancies available and enrolling them for the process. (For International Recruitment also) (If required, and if there are huge available positions)
• Good communication skills required.
• Performance tracking, weekly reporting.
• Analysis of the entire process and make changes whereverrequired on time to time for high performance.

Experienceof minimum1 year expected in thesame profile.

Salary: Depending on the interview

Job Type: Full-time.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday. (10.00 to 8.00)
